My recent speaking tour of England was very successful. There is still a remnant of Bible believing Christians in England that considers the Bible to be the Word of God. Many thanks to Trevor and Maggie Stewart-Sweet for their hard work in organizing this tour that took me to Marlow, Tongham, Westminster, Reading, Stoke-on-Trent, Milton, Manchester, Ipswich, Cambridge, Oxford and London.

Since returning I have had a few days to regroup before heading out on the road again. While at home I will be speaking at Calvary Chapels in Covina and Downey. I have been asked to be one of the speakers at the Calvary Downey Prophecy series, speaking on the topic “Doctrines of Demons and the Emerging Church”.

On Friday the 9^th of November I will fly to Vancouver, Canada where I will speak with Ray Yungen at week-end conference at Calvary Chapel of Langley, B.C. On the Sunday evening, I am looking forward to being with my long time mentor and spiritual father, Pastor Lorne Pritchard who has always been a great inspiration to me.

On Wednesday the 13^th I will be leaving for Rome, Italy to do a conference on Biblical creation sponsored by Calvary Chapel of Rome, Italy. There will be three of us speaking and presenting evidence to show the Genesis record is the Word of God and not a myth as many professing Christians believe.

Faith Undone will be soon go to a third printing. The book continues to create a controversy. Our goal in writing this book was to point Christians and non Christians to THE BOOK – the Bible and away from apostasy. It seems in the days in which we live, Christians are more inclined to study a man’s book than the Bible and forget about Bible prophecy and disregard the possibility there could be apostasy.

A number of situations have arisen that have made the ministry of Understand The Times quite difficult. For example, while I was away in Canada during the month of September, my office containing my research materials used for writing Faith Undone, along with personal itmes was dumped out into the hallway of the office building where I was located. This building is owned by a church.

Of course, those who were responsible for dumping my office into the hall did not choose to inform me. Apparently there was an urgency to move someone into the space that I had occupied. A board member of Understand The Times who had provided the office for me, had to move my possessions back to my house where they can now be found piled in our garage.

This is rather frustrating as you can understand. I have attempted to find out why such a thing would happen to me but no one seems to have an answer. Apparently this is the normal way to behave when a church becomes a corporation. I can see now it would be much better to have an office in a building that was not associated with a church where people operate with a code of ethics.

Some have said that if I should go to these brothers who threw my office out in the hall and talk with them personally according to Matthew 18. But, I am confused about this, you see. Why wouldn’t they have come to me? I didn’t have a problem with them.  Apparently, they had a problem with me.

However, this situation is minor compared to the words that come as missiles from the “brethren.” Apparently, some within the movement I have been part of for 20 years, believe the emerging church is just another Jesus movement. I agree. I believe the emerging church is “another Jesus” movement, and the sheep are being led to slaughter.

In December, I will be attending the Pre Trib Research conference in Dallas, Texas. Last year I was one of the speakers there. The paper that was presented became Faith Undone with further research. This year Lighthouse Trails (our publisher) and Understand The Times will be providing complementary copies to members. From Dallas I will be going to Houston area to speak at several Calvary Chapels.

As the year draws to a close, my wife Myrna and I are assessing our future. There seems to be some major changes for us on the horizon. Myrna’s health has been affected by the work load she has at her full time job that is further complicated by the stress that comes with having a husband who is in ministry.

We appreciate those on our mailing list who encourage us to continue. We are in the last days! Jesus is coming soon!  Look up! Our redemption draws nigh!
