April 2018 the leadership of Mission Thando was handed over to local leaders. This also meant that the Bryce Homes program would be run by them. It was all a big step of faith, trusting God that He would carry the ministry. In November Krista had the opportunity to visit South Africa and check on how it was all doing. The ministry continues to grow with a strong Biblical foundation. The leaders have maintained a strong unity and have worked hard to carry on the heart of the ministry that Dave and Krista started.

Thank you for your continued Support of the Ministry in South Africa. The families being assisted with monthly food parcels are so incredibly thankful. The monthly food parcels help more than you can imagine and with the rising costs of food in South Africa the needs continue to grow. Here is a brief update of the ministry and how things are carrying on. Krista saw that the ministry is not only surviving it is growing. God has allowed the new leaders to reach into areas that Dave and Krista could not. The community respects the leaders and they continue to be called upon in the same way Krista and Dave were. Thank you for all you have done!!

A Few of the men from Men's Group		The Men's group that Dave had started hascontinued to grow. Philani and Joshua have been leading it and have made a huge impact onthe young and older men in the community. This was so exciting for Krista to see when she visited. On Thursday nights the church has a prayermeeting at the school. When Krista arrived shenoticed the first 9 people to arrive were all MEN!!! The others followed and there was a good turnout but this was very significant. Please continue to pray for the men of Quarry Heights!!
Expansion		SEWING CLASSES TAUGHT BY KRISTA
We continue to feed 100 children breakfast every morning.
	In 2018 the team was able to add a second shipping container to the land. This has allowed us to add a kitchen and sewing room as well as a music room. The team will be teaching sewing classes once the volunteers are fully trained. A team has already begun teaching music lessons to the kids. We were able to purchase some music equipment through a municipal grant. The grant also allowed us to expand our garden project and add another sewing machine.

	Falu and Sthembile are doing so well thanks to Bryce Homes. They are very involved in the church and Sthembile is currently doing grade 11 in school. Falu goes to special school and is also learning to Garden in our project.	Samke was formerly in Bryce Homes and just recently graduated from grade 12!!!
Nombuso has been a part of Bryce homes for a few years and after two hip replacement surgeries is doing so well!! She is currently doing a business Admin learner ship.
