April 2019 Bryce Homes India |
|||||
Dear Pastor Tom and Brother Roger and all the supporters. Greetings to you in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for extending great help for this year. It's been a great journey with Bryce Homes seeing much fruit among the foster parents and children. The Lord is doing great things and we will be witnessing more things in 2019. "Through the Lords mercies we are not consumed, because His compassion's fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul, Therefore I hope in Him. (Lamentations 3:22-24). Report from the January to April 2019 Family 1: Single mother Akshaya is taking care of Sagar (2nd Class) and Vidya (4th class). Day by day these children are growing physically, mentally and spiritually. They are so much attached to Akshaya and they love her very much. Testimony: Last month (March 1st week) Akshaya suffered with fever for a week or so. During this time we went and prayed for her speedy recovery. In that same night Vidya before sleeping prayed for Akshaya keeping her hand on her forehead. She repeated the next two days till Akshaya got well. Praise the God for her faith in Christ. Both are focusing on their studies because next week they will write their final exams. Please keep praying for them. ...................................................................................................................................................... Family 2: CH Prakash and Pravllika take care of Chintu and Chinnu. Chintu is in UKG in schooling this year. Both are learning many things in Sunday school and able to sing songs. Chintu is doing good in studies as well as in his Sunday School. They are most loving kids in their class. Testimony: In first week March we were with them in bible study and prayer time we observed that little Chinnu is reciting something. We asked what she was saying .. she said I am singing a song for God which she learned in Sunday school. Praise the Lord for giving her a song in her mouth. ..................................................................................................................................................... Family 3: P. John and Sumalatha are taking care of two girls. Samantha - 4th class and Mahitha - 2nd class. Both are getting ready to write their final exams which start the 2nd week of April. They are hoping to get A+ GRADE in their class Samantha's mother regularly attends church near by. We all are praying and waiting her full commitment to Christ and praying that she should be Samaritan woman for her community. Samantha and Mahitha are also getting ready to write their final exams. Both are focusing on studies attending some extra classes also. They are hoping to get A+ in their academic year and get in to next class. John and his wife are helping both the children in their studies, bringing them to Sunday church without fail. ...................................................................................................................................................... Family 4: This is 4th family where G. David and Shalini are taking care of Sharolin (3rd class) and "Greeshmann" (2nd class). Parents are insisting them to study hard with extra effort. Both girls are very much focusing on their studies because from April first onwards they will write final exams. They are sending them to classes for languages because we found that they are weak. Both need to improve their languages before attending final exams. Testimony: Sharolin's forgiving nature makes her special in her home and school. Her mother is attending church. We are encouraging her to pray and read the Bible. Greeshmann questioning nature is making her learn more about the Lord and in her school. We are prying and waiting for great news in her life. ...................................................................................................................................................... Family 5: Our 5th home is teaching more things to us. Foster parents Pastor B. John and Phebe are taking care of 4 boys. We need to thank Pastor John and his wife. Their prayers are heard by God and being answered in many ways in the life of the boys. Athin - is now in 8th class, preparing for his final exams, getting up early and starting his day with personal prayer which is newly seen in his daily life. We can see God has given good memory power to him. Testimony: His obedient nature (which was not before) has made a lot of difference in his family. Pavan is getting ready to face his final exams of his 6th class hoping he will finish with A - Grade. We have observed he loves to spend time with Lord personally which was not before in his life. Testimony: When he had a lying habit, he argued to prove he is right. After God's work in his life he stopped arguing and started listing, God is so good. Solomon- is prepared to write his 8th class final exams, he is confident to score A+ grade this year. We observed he is more hungry for the Word of God, very keen in listening in daily devotions and church. We all keep our eyes open as he is new born baby in Christ.
Songarin -is also getting ready for his 6th class final exams. He is loved by all because of his active participation in church activities and helping nature in home. We are all praying that God may bring him repentance. He sings songs for the Lord but we are waiting for more to happen in his life. ...................................................................................................................................................... Family 6: From this month by grace of God we will add one more family with two girl children. After 3 months of prayer God has worked in a such way that one young God-fearing couple came forward to take two girl children in to their home as their own. Br. D. Vijay Kumar and His wife Pavani are ministering among children and tribes and are taking care of a church in a place called Gutthikonda. It is a two hour journey from Guntur City. We know them personally from many years and they are very faithful to Lord and dedicated themselves for children and tribal ministry. As they were not having children by their own, now they will have two at a time in their home. First girl is Arpitha who is 5 years and second one is Ankitha who is 3 years. When we prayed to start another home God led us towards these little ones among many children. Their mother is so happy that her children are in safe hands and that they will have a great future. I will be sending pictures of 6th family soon. Arpitha and Ankitha are now with Br. D. Vijay Kumar's family getting adjusted. Let us pray more for this new home. Prayer Points: Pray for all the children as they approach their final exams so they may not come under any pressure of writing exams and get good grades. Pray for the new 6th family. The children need to adjust with new parents and environment. It is hot summer here right now. We are having 36 degree to 40 degree Celsius. By next month we will face 45 degrees. During this hot summer children will face a lot of physical challenges and easily fall sick. It is a big challenge for the parents. From next month we are sending all our children to Vacation Bible School for 15 days in their respective places. This year VBS theme is Ephesians 4:22-24 (The New Life). Pray that all children may transformed into newness in Christ. Pray for the local church and all our supporters so that they may continually stand with us for this great cause. Pray for foster parents that they may keep on nurturing the children physically and spiritually with more dedication so the Lord will be glorified. From the month of June all children will enter in to new classes and they need books and pens, bags, uniforms, School fees. We need a lot of funds. May God may raise supporters for all this.
Thanking You All Pastor Wilson
