World leaders seem to be unanimous that Vladimir Putin and Russia have the ambition to become a global force in the midst of a world that once saw a powerful former soviet union. While some say that Putin is not just trying to maintain peace, it now appears Russia is becoming very aggressive. Whatever the case, it is obvious that Russia is changing and becoming a concern to the nations of the world. What is the reason for this aggressiveness?
